Job Description:
Review and analyze contract conditions for real estate transactions.
Determine what parties are involved i.e. buyers, sellers, lenders (if one is involved) and realtors, and where the property is located.
Review title searches.
Prepare title reports.
Review for judgements/bankruptcy and junior liens.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related.
Knowledge of or experience in project management and process improvement.
Verifiable references.
Ability to work overtime, including late night, weekends, and holidays.
Non-smoker on worksite.
